Solido SMART E
Solido Smart E is a modern biological wastewater treatment system that blends seamlessly into your yard, requiring minimal attention.
When it comes time for maintenance, the process is simple. Sludge is removed through a dedicated pipe, ehich ensures that approximately 15% of the sludge remains in the unit for continued operation. As a result, neither you nor the maintenance technicians will need to worry about how or how much sludge to remove.
The E version is a compact solution featuring a control unit for more efficient wastewater treatment and a blower housed in a hermetically sealed capsule within the unit (compliant with the IPX 6 moisture resistance standard).
The treated wastewater is discharged via airlift.

- Smart series devices are CE marked, tested, and certified according to the EN 12566-3 standard at the PIA GmbH laboratory in Germany.
Technical Information
The Solido Smart E integrates the advantages of well-established, reliable Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology into a single-chamber tank. The incoming wastewater in this biological treatment system is directly aerated, eliminating the need for a primary settlement tank typically found in traditional systems. This design ensures highly efficient wastewater treatment without the production of unpleasant odors.
The entire volume of the tank is utilized for the treatment process. Each 12-hour cycle includes several stages—from aeration to sedimentation and the removal of treated wastewater. This single-chamber system design reduces the tank size while maintaining the efficiency of the wastewater treatment system.
The tank is made using rotational molding covered in polyethylene, which is resistant to external impacts. It comes with a 25-year warranty.
The Solido Smart E control unit issues an audible warning in case of blower or power supply failures, excessive wastewater levels in the chamber, and logs operating times and process errors.

In autumn 2016, the Solido Smart E, designed for 5 residents, was installed in a rural homestead in Zarasai. The well cover with the stand is installed slightly higher, anticipating future earth leveling works.
